Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Beautiful decor and rooftop bar has a great atmosphere.
Room to warm. Spoke to staff who advise that the room aircon only goes to 19deg - vs 16 in public areas. They said this is something they can’t sort. Rooms were too hot at night and reception were unable to provide a fan. It was 30deg during the day - it would be tough overnight if even hotter in peak of summer

Amazing location, bed and pillows were so comfy, rooftop bar had an amazing view. Honestly couldn’t fault the place.

The location was indeed very good and comfortable. Everything was clean in the room.
1) for a Radisson the collection room was very small
2) the staff at the reception never helped us and not even cared to ask if we need help with our luggage. We also asked regarding parking and requested assistance and they vaguely told us about the app that we need to install and pay. In the end our car was evacuated and we also received 2 fines (if somebody was more interested in helping us this could’ve been avoided). I would say we didn’t feel very welcomed and well taken care of.
