Terrible service

Very close to the beach, calm and peaceful

The staff was very rude. We experienced several issues during our stay: the kitchen sink was clogged, and we had problems with the hot water because the shower valve was labeled backward, showing hot for cold and cold for hot. They should simply put a sticker on it to fix this. When a lady came to help, she told us they couldn't guarantee internet on the smart TV, so we weren't able to watch YouTube or Netflix. Her attitude was awful, and she made me feel like I shouldn't ask for anything at all.
