Beautifully Remodeled and Updated 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom- Amazing View of the #1 Beach (Unit 38) | This one bedroom one bathroom condo is located on the third floor of our Grande Tower Building. Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach. There you can enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf's warm waters. The unit's living room and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and is equipped with a 55" Smart TV, while the bedroom has a 42" flat screen TV, both with HD TV service and a DVR. The bedroom has two queen size beds for sleeping. The bathroom has a remodeled walk-in shower. The currently remodeled kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and a 12 cup coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine. Patio has been incorporated into the living room to extend your living space. It has sliding windows so that you can enjoy the warm tropical breezes. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.

Guest services were very prompt and efficient. The ice maker did not work and the staff fixed it within 1/2 hour. Would highly recommend.

No hot water in bathroom sink. Never could wash makeup off properly the entire stay. Beds squeak. Had to call front desk twice due to no worker to bring beach chairs on the beach. Waited so long that had to have husband drag two lounge chairs to beach. An inconvenience for what we paid for. Other than that stay was okay! View was great! Loved the shades! Plenty of nice towels! AC was on point!
