Guests will have access to the entire 5-bedroom unit + shared parking space at the back of the property.

Other things to note
𝐆𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬/𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: No gatherings, events, or parties are permitted on the property. Absolutely no outside music is allowed.

𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐍𝐨-𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲: Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the home or anywhere on the property premises. If you choose to smoke, please do so off-site and at a safe distance from the property. A $500 fee may apply if there is any evidence of smoking on the property, to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.

𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐬: Pets are not allowed. This helps us maintain a clean and comfortable space for all guests. A $1,000 fee may apply for unapproved pets, which covers additional deep cleaning due to fur, odors, or potential damage.

𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬: All guests must be registered in the reservation. Unregistered overnight guests may incur a $20 per night, per guest fee.

𝐍𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐞 & 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise during quiet hours — especially loud music, heavy footsteps, and late-night appliance use.
