Welcome to Kingfisher Cottage at Tannin—a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom coastal home just a short walk from the sugar-white beaches of Orange Beach. Comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests, this charming retreat offers the perfect blend of coastal style and modern convenience for your next Gulf Coast getaway.
Step inside to an open-concept living area where the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen come together to create a welcoming space for gathering. The kitchen features everything needed to prepare meals throughout your stay. After a day in the sun, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower and relax in the comfort of your home away from home.
The primary bedroom features a King bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two full-size beds, allowing the cottage to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. An additional half bathroom on the main level adds extra convenience during your stay.
Located just steps from the community pool and directly across the street from deeded beach access, Kingfisher Cottage at Tannin offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm for an unforgettable Orange Beach vacation.

Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Such a nice beach house. Very clean.

We loved this home. It was clean and smelled fresh when we got there. A few things to note, the kitchen wasn't equipped very well. I wanted to just cook a few simple breakfasts while we were there and it was very difficult with the few pans etc they had. Also, the check-in process was a little inconvenient as we had to go to a different location to "check in" with a few ladies and get the code to the door. Usually the code is sent to your email and you can just access the house when you arrive.... this was not like that. Overall it was a nice house and got a decent price for the weekend.

We enjoyed our stay! Absolutely loved how close we were to the beach. The property was clean and safe! We would definitely return. What a beautiful home!
