After confirming your reservation through our Guest App, you’ll need to choose one of the following:



- $450 refundable security deposit, or

- $29/night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped at $150 per stay)



This requirement is handled off-platform and applies to all reservations.



The $29/night Damage Protection Program covers accidental damage up to $450. It does not cover:



- Smoke remediation cleaning

- Lost fobs

- Parking tags

- Garage openers



These items are charged at $200 per lost item.

To meet property and safety requirements, guests may be asked to complete the following before check-in:



- Provide a valid government-issued photo ID

- Confirm contact details

- Complete a verification portal

- In some cases, pass a background check



Your information is used only for verification purposes and is not stored or reused.



A signed rental agreement is also required prior to check-in. By booking, guests agree to these verification and access requirements.

Please note that all shared amenities, including pools, gym, and outdoor common areas, are operated by the building association. Availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, repairs, or other building-related decisions outside the host’s control.



In rare situations, building or maintenance staff may require access to the apartment for essential work. These visits are coordinated by building management. If access is refused and a new appointment is needed, a $100 rescheduling fee may apply.



Units are furnished consistently, though slight differences in layout, décor, or design may exist compared to listing photos. By booking, guests acknowledge that community amenity access is not guaranteed and temporary disruptions may occur.
