Welcome to Apartment Three at Pelican House — a stylish and cleverly designed studio-style apartment in central Bournemouth, just minutes from the beach, restaurants, cafés and shops.
The apartment has been thoughtfully arranged to make the most of its space, with a comfortable double bed and sleek black partition wall creating subtle separation from the rest of the room.
There’s a compact but well-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge, along with a dining table for two.
For relaxed evenings in, you’ll have a 50" Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, plus a modern bathroom with rainfall shower and soft towels.
Step outside and you’ll also have your own small private patio, which catches the morning sun — a lovely spot for breakfast, a quiet coffee or simply a little fresh air before heading out for the day.
Apartment Three is best suited to two guests for a comfortable stay, although a single fold-out bed can be provided for a third guest for an additional £20 per person, per night.
A travel cot and highchair are also available free of charge on request.
Limited on-site parking is available for £10 per night and must be booked in advance. A large public car park is approximately a five-minute walk away, with street parking also available nearby.
We also welcome one small, well-behaved dog for an additional £30 cleaning fee per stay.
