Welcome to Apartment Nine at Pelican House — a beautifully designed first-floor one-bedroom apartment in central Bournemouth, just minutes from the beach, cafés, restaurants and shops.
Tall bay windows flood the apartment with natural light, while the generous living area gives you plenty of room to settle in and relax. The overall feel is stylish but comfortable — perfect for an easy weekend by the coast or a longer Bournemouth stay.
The separate bedroom has a seriously comfortable king-size bed, while the living area includes a 50" Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi for relaxed evenings in.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and full-size fridge freezer, giving you everything you need for anything from morning coffee to cooking a meal at home.
There is also a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower and soft towels.
Apartment Nine sleeps two guests as standard. A single fold-out bed can be provided for a third guest for an additional £20 per person, per night. The apartment is most comfortable for two, so please bear this in mind when booking for three.
A travel cot and highchair are also available free of charge on request.
Guests staying in Apartment Nine benefit from complimentary access to a nearby off-site gym and spa, approximately an eight-minute walk from Pelican House. Facilities include a gym, 20-metre swimming pool, sauna, steam room and bubble pool. Spa treatments can also be booked separately.
Gym and spa access is available to guests aged 16+ and includes one complimentary visit per registered guest, per stay, for up to two guests.
Limited on-site parking is available for £10 per night and must be booked in advance. A large public car park is approximately a five-minute walk away, with street parking also available nearby.
