Welcome to Sunset Serenade, a luxury waterfront villa overlooking Grand Cayman’s beautiful North Sound. Enjoy spectacular sunsets and unobstructed 180° water views from this spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat.

Offering approximately 4,500 sq. ft. of spacious, single-level living, Sunset Serenade is designed for relaxed Caribbean stays with family and friends. The heart of the villa is its generous open living, dining and kitchen area, with abundant natural light and easy access to the outdoor spaces.

Four bedrooms and four bathrooms provide comfortable accommodation, while additional family and sitting areas offer plenty of room to spread out. A separate office/flex room provides a convenient workspace with a desk, chair and monitor, and also features a double Murphy bed for additional sleeping accommodation. The Murphy bed is best suited to children or younger guests. The villa accommodates up to 10 guests.

Outdoor living is a highlight. Relax beside the private infinity pool, swim laps in the 50-ft swim lane, prepare meals in the outdoor kitchen with BBQ and sink, or gather for al fresco dining while enjoying sweeping views across the North Sound. Complimentary kayaks and paddleboards are available for exploring the water, while the private dock provides convenient access for boating. A rowing boat is also available. The villa sits within an acre of lush tropical grounds at the end of a quiet residential cul-de-sac.

Guests can arrange boat charters to explore some of Grand Cayman’s signature attractions, including Stingray City, Starfish Point, Coral Gardens and Rum Point. Subject to operator arrangements, private charters may be able to collect guests directly from the villa’s dock.

Sunset Serenade is located beside the Cayman Islands Sailing Club, with Grand Harbour Shopping Centre and Harbour Walk approximately a 3-minute drive away, providing convenient access to restaurants, groceries and other everyday amenities. While the villa enjoys a beautiful North Sound waterfront setting, it is not located on a traditional swimming beach. Spotts Beach is approximately 5 minutes away and Smith Barcadere (Smith Cove) approximately 10 minutes by car. George Town is approximately a 15-minute drive and Seven Mile Beach approximately 20 minutes. We recommend renting a vehicle for convenient access to the island’s beaches, dining, shopping and attractions.

Whether gathering for meals, relaxing poolside, exploring the North Sound or simply watching the sunset over the water, Sunset Serenade offers plenty of space to spend time together—and room to retreat when you want a little privacy.
