Great location, lots of shops and restaurants in the area, friendly staff
Bathroom was miniature, cleanliness could be better, bed and pillow was hard

Emplacement à côté du métro et bien desservi en bus.
Le personnel est aimable et l'hôtel est assez bien insonorisé, agréable pour les temps de repos.
À côté de la place Victoria et à 3 stations de métro de King Cross St Pancras
Enfin plusieurs restaurants sympas à proximité
Un peu plus d'effort sur la propreté des chambres notamment sous les lits.
Il serait intéressant d'avoir un tapis de douche.

Posizione comoda a circa 10 minuti dalla stazione Victoria in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo anche nelle ore serali
La stanza è un po datata
Il bagno è veramente minuscolo e c’è stato dato solo un asciugamano a testa per ospite
Non era disponibile né un asciugamano per le mani né il tappetino per la doccia e dopo la doccia infatti il pavimento era tutto bagnato e scivoloso
Inoltre non era presente una presa dal comodino accanto al letto
