Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile dal check-in al check-out. Mayar è stata particolarmente gentile e sempre pronta ad assisterci.

Il servizio di accoglienza è stato eccellente e il check-in è stato molto agevole. L'hotel si trova proprio nel centro città, vicino a Piazza Tahrir, quindi ci sono molti luoghi raggiungibili a piedi.
La nostra camera era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Abbiamo anche apprezzato l'aiuto del personale quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di depositare i bagagli.
L'ingresso può essere difficile da notare al primo arrivo.

Un hôtel très confortable, idéalement situé. La place Tahrir est à deux pas et on peut facilement s'y rendre à pied ; le quartier est très sûr.
Le personnel était accueillant dès notre arrivée. Mayar et Verina ont été particulièrement serviables, et le service de ménage assuré par Aya était également excellent.

Spotlessly clean, well-equipped room with a view of tahrir square and the city. A high sense of security in the area.
Breakfast in the cafe in the hotel was a great.
