Unsatisfactory in every way.

It was easy to book

There was zero cell reception but also no WiFi so if there was an emergency there was no way to contact emergency services. The tv didn’t work, the house had lots of spiders, the back door didn’t lock and didn’t have a key so house could easily be broken into and with no way to call emergency services this is obviously worrying. There were no towels which we were only told at 7 pm on our check in day. The owners wouldn’t assist with anything and the main bedroom was stifling hot with no way of cooling it down even with every window open when it’s bucketing down with rain. All the other cottages had a terrible time too. Their hot tubs water was dirty in their cottages and no hot water etc.
