Lovely lively lobby. We stayed there mostly for the location since it was walking distance to the train station which our eastbound train was scheduled to leave in the middle of the night. When we got notifications the train was going to be late, we could comfortably stay in our room and know we were minutes away when we got word the train was near! I enjoyed the history and the ghost stories associated with the hotel also!
A little loud on a Friday night but honestly we hardly heard anything in our room. Didn’t really relish going down the hall to the facilities but we didn’t pay extra for a room with bath since we were only there for a few hours.

Location was perfect! The room was a nice size too. The martini bar and lounge was awesome!
The WiFi didn’t work and I wish there was more parking available. On Saturday night, there was no parking!

The location of this hotel is great! And the Lobby area has great 1920's ambiance. The front desk staff were great.
The issue is the rooms are old and showing their age. The beds are full not queen and were small. The mattresses aren't great and lack some support on the sides, so when you get in them they slope and it is a bit of effort to get in. They aren't uncomfortable, just a bit unsupportive. The bathrooms, for the rooms that have them, are very small, and the grout in the shower needs .some repair, so it didn't feel clean. And because the hotel is old, there are not very many plugs, so there is nowhere to plug a phone in and have it on the bedside table one one side. And there is an air conditioner, but it is quite loud. We have stayed in Flagstaff at nicer hotels for half the price, albeit with less good location.
