A Hidden Oasis in the Heart of Kandy – An Absolutely Wonderful Stay!
The photos really don't do justice to the elegance, beauty, and natural charm of Villa Riverdale Lush. It is truly a hidden oasis, just a short distance from the busy and chaotic city of Kandy.
The surroundings are incredibly calm, quiet, and peaceful, with lush greenery all around. It feels like stepping into a completely different world, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The villa itself is beautiful, with spacious rooms, impeccable cleanliness, and all the luxury, comfort, and amenities you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Every detail makes you feel comfortable and at home.
The breakfast deserves a special mention! It was absolutely delicious and incredibly generous, offering a wonderful combination of local Sri Lankan and European dishes.
What made our stay even more special was the owner Kushana. He kindly picked us up from the city and personally arranged a tour to explore Kandy and its surrounding attractions. His knowledge of Sri Lanka is impressive, and he speaks excellent English. He also have a great sense of humor and a big smile. Thanks to him, we discovered so many wonderful places that we would probably have missed if we had explored on our own. His hospitality and personal attention truly made a difference.
One more recommendation: Don't miss the Ayurvedic massage experience in Kandy! The owner will take you to a wonderful place where you can enjoy an authentic and relaxing treatment. I absolutely loved it!
I genuinely enjoyed every moment of my stay at Villa Riverdale Lush. It is much more than just a place to stay; it is an experience filled with comfort, tranquillity, warm hospitality, and unforgettable memories.
Highly recommended to anyone visiting Kandy. I would definitely love to cone back!
