One of the best rooms I’ve booked so far coming to Ireland monthly! I’ll definitely rebook this room over again it was just perfect and clean and had hot water when I needed! And the entrance code to the door was just so easy to work with didn’t have to worry about loosing keys or making loud noise!
The owner rents out all the rooms which is a brilliant idea but the person underneath our room was blasting music at around 9-10pm which was a bit bothering so definitely needed quite hours established but in rest everything was perfect and amazing!

Even though the property is located about 50 minutes by public transport from the city center, it didn't affect our great satisfaction at all. The bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away, and buses run very frequently, making commuting very easy. The place is very tidy and clean. The bed is large and comfortable, and the room was lovely and warm, which was deeply appreciated after walking around the city all day. Highly recommended!

Bed was comfortable, kitchen facilities were good if you wanted to make something to eat. There was also a kettle in the room and 2 bottles of complimentary water.
All the floors were laminated including the stairs so we were conscious about disturbing the other guest when we left just after 5am to catch the ferry. The toilet cistern in the en-suite was very noisy, making a loud squealing noise when it filled. The booking advertised private parking but the house only has a single driveway. The other guest kindly agreed to move his car back as far as possible so we could squeeze ours on the drive as well. This was fine for one night as we were leaving early the next morning but could be an issue for other guests.
