The reservation includes bedding and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy and prepared for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.

24-hour assistance is offered throughout the stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to guarantee guests' peace of mind.

Check-in and check-out are carried out in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, resolving any questions and providing hand-to-hand key delivery and collection.

At the time of making the reservation, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the reservation confirmation.



Rules and schedules: Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is until 10:00. Parties, events and pets are not permitted.



Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the customer from their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be made to the deposit provided that the use of the property is reasonable. Rubbish must be removed beforehand at the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.



Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodation is obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.



Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, to be paid at the time of departure. The meter will be read both upon arrival and departure.



Note 4. In those properties where it is possible to include a supplementary bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.



Note 5. Check-in after 22:00 incurs an additional charge of €30, and after 00:00, €50. However, there is the option of self check-in with staff welcome the following day. When it is possible to authorise a late check-out, always subject to availability, the cost will be €90 until 13:00 and €160 until 16:00.
