Cozy and fully equipped studio, ideal for 2 people. Located on the ground floor, it offers easy access and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Located in the heart of Wilrijk, the studio enjoys a convenient location, with shops, amenities and public transport within walking distance. Antwerp and the surrounding areas are easily accessible thanks to the numerous bus and tram connections nearby.

The space
It features a comfortable living area with a double bed, an equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. The studio is entirely private and has its own entrance door.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire studio. The entrance is located in a shared hallway with the second apartment. The stairs in the hallway lead to the private part of the house and are not accessible to guests.

Other things to note
House rules: Smoking is not allowed inside. Parties and events are not permitted. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 7 AM out of respect for the neighbours.

If you’re coming by car: Antwerp has a Low Emission Zone (LEZ). Please check in advance whether your vehicle is permitted to enter the zone.

Summer: The accommodation is not air-conditioned. Please keep this in mind when booking during hot periods in the summer. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Windows & privacy: The windows can be opened for ventilation, but they do not open directly onto the outdoors. They open onto a small enclosed area behind the accommodation, which is used to store Airbnb-related equipment and supplies. We may occasionally need to access this area during the day. If you would like additional ventilation, you can ask us to open the door leading to this area. Curtains, including blackout curtains, are also provided for your privacy, and you are of course free to open or close them as you wish.
