Located in the heart of Wilrijk, the apartment is conveniently located with shops, services and public transport within walking distance. Antwerp and the surrounding area are easily accessible thanks to the many bus and tram connections nearby.

The space
The apartment is completely private and located on the ground floor, with its own entrance. It has a living area with a 140 × 200 cm double bed, a 140 × 200 cm sofa bed, and a 90 × 200 cm bunk bed, which can accommodate up to 6 people.

You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, a 55-inch TV, fast Wi-Fi and a washing machine.

The apartment offers direct access to the garden, with a barbecue, as well as a veranda overlooking the garden. The veranda has a dining table for six and an area with a bench and cushions for relaxing.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire studio. The entrance is in a shared hallway with the second studio. The stairs in the hallway lead to the private part of the house and are not accessible to guests.

Other things to note
Accommodation rules: The accommodation is smoke-free. Parties and other events are not permitted. Please limit noise between 10 pm and 7 am in order to respect the neighborhood.

By car: Antwerp has a low-emission zone (LEZ). If you come by car, please check in advance that your vehicle is allowed to enter the area in advance.

The studio is not air conditioned. So please take this into account when booking during the hot periods of summer. However, fans are available.
