This townhome is in the best location on the mountain. Direct views of the chairlift and Midway ski run, and the Village. There are no homes behind or above this property, only mountain and ski runs. This is a true ski-in ski-out townhome, located just above the Schweitzer Village, and directly adjacent to the Midway ski run and Basin Express chairlift. You can ski directly to your back door after a day on the slopes, and also ski directly to the Village chairlifts. It doesn’t get any better or any easier than this location! Watch skiers/snowboarders on the slopes and/or riding on the Basin Express chairlift from your back deck while relaxing in your private hot tub. This townhome is brand new, and is completely furnished by Arhaus. Enjoy the sunrise coming up over Lake Pend Orielle, as you sip your coffee on your private deck each morning. There are spectacular views of the lake and the surrounding mountains from every level. Walk to the Village in less than 5 minutes on the road, or walk down the hill in 2 minutes, or ski to the Village in 30 seconds. This property is on a heated road, and it has a heated driveway. Townhome is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, with space for one car to park in the driveway. The owners live directly next door, and will personally greet you upon arrival, and provide you with a tour of the property. The owners will also be available during your entire stay if any assistance is needed, including recommendations of where to buy groceries, the best restaurants to eat at, and private mountain tours. There is also the option to rent another 3 bedrooms next door (based upon availability) if more space is needed for larger groups, or extra guests.
