1/ Our home is NOT for parties or any types of gathering. That includes bachelor/ bachelorette, Guys or Girls getaways, Quinceañeras, engagement/ tea ceremony, or any other loud, adult gathering. If you or anyone in your group likes to make loud noise late into the night, please choose another home.
2/ Minimum age of the person renting/ booking shall be 25 years old.
3/ Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am.
4/ Guest Count & Visitor Policy:
* Only registered guests are allowed on the property!
* Our base rate includes up to 6 registered guests. There is an extra guest fee of $89 per guest per night for any guests over 6.
One (1) Infant under 2 years old stays FREE.
* Please ensure the correct number of guests is entered at the time of inquiry or booking so we can properly prepare the home and avoid any misunderstandings.
* All guests and visitors must be disclosed in advance. Exterior security cameras monitor arrivals for safety and occupancy verification. Unregistered guests may result in additional charges. Our home has a maximum occupancy limit. Thank you for your cooperation.
5/ No smoking/ no vaping inside the house. No drugs or marijuana allowed on the premises - $1,000 PENALTY
6/ No USPS, Fedex, UPS mail delivery allowed. We’re not responsible for any missing mails or packages sent to the address.
7/ NO PETS ARE ALLOWED! THIS IS A COMPLETE PET FREE PROPERTY!
8/ This property has camera or recording device by the front yard and backyard OUTSIDE of the house only for security purposes.
9/ NO SUBLEASE ALLOWED!
10/ Notes to our valuable guests: We’re delighted to have you stay at our beautiful home! In the event that you need to shorten your stay for any reason, please note that refunds are generally not possible. Our bookings are often made well in advance, and it can be challenging to accommodate last-minute changes or find replacement guests.
In some cases, we may be able to offer a partial refund if we can secure another reliable guests for the same dates. However, this will depend on availability and other factors. Thank you for your understanding!
11/ Please note that last-minute date changes may not always be possible and are not guaranteed approval. All cancellations must follow the listing’s cancellation policy, with no exceptions. It can be very difficult for us to secure replacement guests when dates are close, so we truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
12/ No-show policy: A no-show will be treated as a completed reservation and is not eligible for rescheduling or refund. No exceptions.
13/ Our check-in time is at 4PM and check-out time is at 10AM.

14/ Owner is living in a completely separate back unit with own access to meet hosted short term rental regulation in the city of Long Beach.
15/ Air-Conditioning:
This is a charming historic home that retains its original layout and character. The A/C and heating thermostat is located in the hallway on the second floor.
The second floor is served by central air conditioning, while the ground level was originally not designed with individual ceiling air vents. There is one large open air vent between the second floor (near the TV area) and the ground level that allows cool or warm air to naturally circulate throughout the home.
To further improve comfort, we recently installed two additional air conditioning units —one in the kitchen area and another in one of the ground-floor bedrooms. These units provide extra cooling for the lower level while preserving the home’s historic design.
As this is a historic home, the HVAC system is a traditional setup that complements the home’s original architecture rather than the modern zoned systems commonly found in newer homes.
If you have any questions about the home’s layout, air conditioning, or other features prior to booking, please don’t hesitate to ask.

This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting a reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
