Welcome to Bungalow Blue House! Located in Buttonwood Bay, this waterfront 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner unit on the ground floor is the perfect getaway for your next vacation. This completely remodeled ground floor corner unit with both marina and bay views will show you why Buttonwood Bay is Key Largo’s premier destination.
The condo has been completely remodeled with high end finishes. Your end-unit condo has waterfront views of the marina and a 25' boat slip (total length) for your next fishing or sandbar adventure. The main living area has an open concept kitchen overlooking the dining room (seats 6) and living room with a flat screen TV. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, oven, induction stove, and dishwasher. The full size washer and dryer are nicely hidden within the custom cabinetry.
It has a split floor plan with the master bedroom on one side. The master bedroom includes a king bed, large bathroom with a shower, and walk-in closet. On the other side you have a guest room with a queen bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a bunk room with two bunkbeds (top bunk is a single and bottom bunk is a double) and a trundle bed. Overall the unit sleeps 11 guests comfortably.
Outside you will have a nice porch with a dining table, lounge chairs and a grill overlooking the water. You can spot dolphins, manatees, and other wildlife as you drink your morning coffee out!
The Buttonwood Bay community has five tennis and pickleball courts, three heated swimming pools, a well-equipped fitness center, saunas, basketball, a meeting & party venue with kitchen, eight sunset "martini docks," and also a rare sandy beach! A boaters’ paradise, Buttonwood Bay also has a Ships Store with fuel pumps, live shrimp, ice, beverages and snacks. There's a boat launching ramp and on-site storage areas for owners’ boat trailers.
