OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Hillside access: The home is reached via approximately five minutes of driving on a winding road that gains elevation. The road is paved and frequently traveled, with guardrails, homes, and trees along the route. Guests who are uncomfortable with heights or winding hillside roads should keep this in mind before booking.
Stairs & decks: The property has several stairs and elevated decks, some without complete railings. Guests should use appropriate caution when moving around the property.
Host residence: The studio is located on the lower level of the hosts' home, so you may occasionally hear normal household movement upstairs. We make every effort to minimize noise, and a sound machine and individually packaged earplugs are provided for added comfort.
Amenities: The studio does not have air conditioning, a television, or a cooktop/full kitchen. A mini fridge and microwave are provided.
Nature setting: The property is surrounded by nature, and deer are commonly seen nearby. As with any home in a wooded environment, guests may also occasionally encounter insects or spiders.
