Welcome to the Palms of Treasure Island! This 3rd floor (920sqft) 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo features 3 Queen size beds, comfortably hosting up to 6 guests.
The living room is beautifully decorated, and features leather furniture and a large screen smartTV so you can stream your favorite shows. The sliders open to a huge balcony where you can have your meals and enjoy the gorgeous view of the the sun setting over the Gulf of Mexico. There is a reason why they call this area "Sunset Beach"!
The granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances comes stocked with all utensils, dishes, pots and pans. Grocery-shop right next door at Publix and prepare your breakfast or meals at your own leisure. Or, walk two blocks to a lineup of laid-back island restaurants and bars and experience Treasure Island at its best.
One of the two large bathrooms offers a jetted with jacuzzi tub for you to soak in after a long day at the beach, or to create the needed romantic ambiance. You could also soak in the resort's hot tub or the pool in the back, and enjoy the view of the intercoastal with boats and flocks of dolphins passing by. Try your luck at fishing off the private pier, or rent a boat or canoe for the day from nearby venues. Barbeque grills and bench-tables also located by the pool area.
The inviting white sand and crystal clear warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico are only steps away. Owners have provided beach chairs, toys, beach towels and a cart to carry them in - after all you are on vacation so you shouldn't worry about anything!

This property was within walking distance to everything! Beach, Groceries, Restaurants, Gift Shops, and more! We were disappointed that we weren't able to use the balcony. But the location was wonderful.

The unit and location were wonderful. The owner was always there when I called with questions or issues. It was perfect for our needs.
I did have one issue. Their was major construction going on on the outside of the building. The owner did let us know the week before our travels that it would not be completed and so we would not have access to the balcony. She did compensate for this but it was a disappointment.
We were able to contend with that but we’re very unhappy with the noise that we had to put up with on several days. Not great when on vacation. I know it is not possible to control when work is done but do think properties that rent whether it be winter or summer should schedule work in non rental seasons.

The location of this condo could not have been better. Many restaurants were well within walking distance, as was the beach. With Publix right next door there was no need to purchase so much that there were leftovers. Just go get what you need when you need it. The condo had everything needed to cook, although we didn't. There is a small coffee pot, which was fine for our two who drink coffee, but if you have more people, you may want to bring a larger one.
Both bathrooms provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash in a wall dispenser. This was a nice surprise.
The pool was a great, quiet relaxation after a day on the beach. Most of the time we were the only people there. And we even saw a dolphin jump in the bay.
At the time of our stay there was construction on the building, which meant scaffolding outside the balcony. Although this was not perfect, it did not take away from the experience. The view was still outstanding.
The only disappointment for us was believing from the listing photos that the condo looked over both the gulf and the bay. That is not the case. This unit looks out the front of the building, the gulf, only.
The two new beach chairs and umbrella were greatly appreciated, as we would not have been able to enjoy the beach without them. Again, if you have more people, you may want to bring additional beach items.
All in all this was a fantastic stay. The owner was very receptive to communication and answered within minutes whenever we had a question. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful, much needed, vacation.
