Disappointing, not ready for guests,
We had a place to stay. Beds were comfortable. Coffee was provided.
We booked for 4 people. 2 towels were provided, one hand towel one questionable washcloth and one kitchen cloth and a dirty kitchen towel, 4 spoons and 1 fork. No bedding for the sofa bed, I had to ask for it, they said they would have it by 10 pm, I knocked on the door at 1015 pm asking for the bedding. First the young girl said they didn't have any then said she'd talk to someone, then 15 min later brought some downstairs.
We had to ask for extra bathroom and kitchen towels, cutlery, bedding. The couch smelled bad and the living room rug was not vacuumed, there were things in it and it was also smelly. The shower leaked badly on the floor, and the floor was wet when we checked in at 415 so it was just mopped. The bathroom had a wet towel on the floor.
The people upstairs were very very loud and noisy, including at 1230 am my daughter was awakened by a loud angry male voice upstairs. There was no table and chairs just one sofa, it is advertised for 5 people but where would they all sit? No extra chairs or table. No paper towel, no cutting board it is definitely not well furnished. The blanket on the smaller bed was smelly too it just is not set up for guests. There is also no door between the upstairs and the downstairs so you can't lock your stuff or yourselves in.
It seemed like there were kids home alone upstairs on the first day, and when I messaged for cutlery a young girl came downstairs with no knocking or announcement and put cutlery in the drawer, apologized and then went back upstairs!! All in all bizarre, disappointing, uncomfortable. They can make it a much better cleaner comfortable place but as it is we don't recommend it, but has potential. On the upside the host responded to requests but if they had been away, we would not have had enough towels or cutlery or bedding.

It was very clean and comfortable.
Upstairs was noticeably noisy during a few parts of the day with jumping/running.
