The location was very convenient. It is only one stop away from Shinjuku, and the apartment is also close to the JR Yamanote Line, so we could easily travel directly to Shibuya, Ikebukuro, and Ueno.
There is an elevator that goes directly up to the 6th floor, which was very convenient with luggage. Another thing we really liked was that there is only one apartment on each floor, so the entire 6th floor was just for us. It felt very private, quiet, and comfortable.
Overall, the transportation was excellent and the apartment offered much more privacy than a typical apartment building.

We had a great stay here. The apartment is only about a 5-minute walk from Okubo Station, which was very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, especially lots of great Korean restaurants, so it was very easy to find good food.
The apartment is on the 6th floor, so it was very quiet at night and we didn’t have any problems with noise. The interior is also beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and spacious.
There were four of us staying together. The apartment has two bedrooms and four beds in total, so each of us could have our own bed. This was perfect for us because we prefer not to share a bed.
Overall, we were very satisfied with the location, the quiet environment, and the layout of the apartment. We would definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Tokyo.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is located in Okubo and the location is very convenient. It is close to the JR Yamanote Line, and Shinjuku is only one stop away. There is a drugstore and a convenience store downstairs, and there are also many great restaurants and food options nearby.
The apartment is very new, clean, and comfortable. It has two separate bedrooms, which is perfect for families or groups of friends. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again next time we visit Tokyo!
