About this drivable vehicle rental

Compact, capable, and ready for your next adventure! This Winnebago Solis Pocket combines the freedom of a camper van with the comforts you want on the road. The clever pop-top sleeping area adds extra room and sleeping flexibility, while the versatile interior makes it easy to camp, travel, relax, and explore. Highlights include: Pop-top sleeping area Convertible dinette Rear bathroom with shower 2-burner cooktop and refrigerator/freezer Solar power Compact 17'10" footprint that's easy to drive and park Winnebago quality throughout Whether you're planning weekend getaways, extended road trips, or simply want the freedom to go wherever the road leads, this Solis Pocket is an exceptional way to travel. per chat GPT :) Why we chose this RV for our family: -Compact, it is less than a foot longer than a Honda minivan so easy to drive and park even in the cities -We wanted a full bathroom -Simple to maintain, portable toilet, 20 pound propane tanks, only need to dump the grey water tank -Permanent bed in the pop top so no need to set up and tear down a bed each night and room to bring the grand kids -Decent gas mileage -We wanted something that a local mechanic could work on and not need a specialty mechanic for if the camper had any issues when we were on vacation. Trade off's -The pop top bed is not as comfortable as it has a thin mattress on a fixed roof top -No RV AC for when you are camped. We use the USB fans for when it is hotter hot and have taken a home portable AC when we knew it would be really hot on the trip Where its been: -We purchased this RV in May of this year new. -We have taken it across the country to California, down to Texas and back. -Our daughter has taken it to Colorado and then down to Texas by herself as well as to North Carolina with her girlfriend for a wedding -We have also used it at local campgrounds. Final thoughts: This size camper is not for everyone, but if you, like us, are looking for something simpler and easier to travel in as well as easier on the pocket book it may be just right for you!
