Larger families can add on the upper unit to add two bedrooms, two baths and the fabulous rooftop deck! Ask about the listing for both units for larger groups.
The living area has a couch that converts to a queen sleeper sofa, a dining table that seats 4 and a flat panel TV. The fully-equipped kitchen has granite counters and a breakfast bar with seating for 2. The spacious bedroom has bright, beachy décor, a queen bed and a wall mounted flat panel TV. The adjacent hall bath has a tub/shower combination.
The property has a ground floor patio with beach and ocean views and a barbecue. 2 car tandem garage parking is provided for the lower unit. A shared full-size washer and dryer is located in the garage.
