Stroll the coastal path and watch sea lions sunning on the sand, toast the sunset at the Beachouse Restaurant, or soak your cares away in the bubbling two-person spa. This is your chance to live the good life in “America’s Last Hometown.” Single-story with one bedroom (Queen) and a private bath with both a shower and a soaking tub. There’s a full-sized sleeper sofa in the office/den, a second bath with a tub/shower, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Carport parking for one vehicle with additional parking beside the home or in the Clubhouse parking lot. Monthly rentals only. All residents must be 55 (or better!).
