Beyond the Western town, two separate homes and additional sleeping quarters provide 8 bedrooms and plenty of room for groups to spread out. Both homes have their own kitchen, living spaces, and laundry, while the Bank and Jail offer additional places to stay within the town itself. Outside, spend the afternoon soaking in the large spa, grilling and dining beneath the covered patio, playing lawn games, or exploring the open ranch. After sunset, gather around the fire pit beneath the stars.

- WIFI - Each home is equipped with its own dedicated satellite internet for streaming movies and video with good signal.

- NOISE RESTRICTIONS - This property falls under Riverside County jurisdiction, which has strict noise ordinances after 10pm. We ask that all festivities conclude by 9:30 pm in compliance with noise restrictions and in courtesy to neighbors, and require all daytime guests in excess of the specified overnight occupants to vacate the property.

- CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in to your FIELDTRIP home is simple and seamless. - EVENTS / RETREATS - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING - Prior approval is required. Small events and retreats may be considered, subject to local permitting requirements and written approval from FIELDTRIP. An additional event fee applies, determined by the size, scope, and requirements of the event.

- PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - PRIOR APPROVAL IS REQUIRED BEFORE BOOKING: Guests are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use, and we'd love for you to tag @stayfieldtrip when sharing. Please note that drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. Commercial, professional, promotional, editorial, or other revenue-generating shoots are subject to a production fee depending on the scope of the project. Approved productions require advance payment, a signed production agreement, proof of production insurance, and a location release. IF YOU ARE UNSURE WHETHER YOUR SHOOT QUALIFIES AS COMMERCIAL USE, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE BOOKING.
