- Basement: Includes a couch, big-screen TV, washer, and dryer. Please note that the basement is currently unfinished and is planned to be drywalled and finished in the fall or spring.

Chatham Vacation offers the best of both worlds: easy access to Chatham’s beaches, boating, restaurants, and village while being removed from the congestion of Main Street.

Jackknife Beach and Pleasant Bay are just minutes away for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, and family beach days. Ryder’s Cove is also nearby, adding to the coastal and boating feel of the area.

The home is also a convenient base for exploring the Lower Cape, with Chatham, Orleans, Harwich, and Brewster all easily accessible.

- The fireplace is not available for guest use.

- This is a private family home, please be respectful.
