The Space:

Welcome to our design-forward tiny home that looks nothing like the rest of your search results. Deep black siding meets warm cedar slats under a dramatic angled roofline, and walls of glass on three sides make the whole space feel far larger than its footprint. Set on its own private lot behind a farmhouse in Camas, Washington.



Inside

The living room opens through a full-height slider onto the front deck, so on warm days the whole front of the house comes open. Inside you'll find a comfortable sofa, a large wall-mounted smart TV with soundbar, and a linear electric fireplace below it for cool evenings. Shiplap ceilings, clerestory windows, and a ceiling fan overhead.



The kitchen is a genuine surprise at this size. Full electric range with oven, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, vent hood, quartz countertops, white tile backsplash, and light oak cabinetry with glass-front uppers. A deep undermount sink with roll-out drying rack, plus a quartz peninsula with two stools for casual meals. Coffee maker, kettle, cookware, and utensils all stocked.



A ductless mini split delivers both heat and air conditioning, a real comfort advantage over the space heaters most tiny homes rely on, and very welcome in a Pacific Northwest August.



An in-unit washer and dryer is tucked into the hallway. Rare at this size, and a genuine draw for longer stays.

The private bedroom sits behind a door at the far end, with a queen bed, upholstered headboard, and built-in oak cabinetry wrapping the bed: overhead storage, two nightstands, and a closet with hanging space, shelves, hangers, and an iron. Best of all, the bedroom has its own sliding door onto a private deck. Wake up, slide it open, and step outside with your coffee.

The full bathroom has standard plumbing throughout. A real flush toilet, a full-size tiled shower, a vessel sink on an oak vanity with black fixtures, and stocked toiletries. No wet bath, no composting toilet.



Wi-Fi runs 300+ Mbps, so remote work or a full evening of streaming is no problem.



Outside

The outdoor space is genuinely half the stay. Two cedar decks bookend the home, one off the living room and one off the bedroom with lounge chairs and a patio dining set for four. The courtyard is enclosed by a custom black slat privacy fence strung with cafe lights and planted with young cedars in built-in planter boxes. A second gravel seating area sits under mature Douglas firs. When the lights come on at dusk, it's hard to go inside.



Your own driveway and parking sit right at the door, with room for two vehicles, and keyless self check-in means you can arrive on your own schedule.

Five minutes to Downtown Camas and its shops and restaurants. Lacamas Lake is a 2-minute drive for kayaking, fishing, and trails. Camas Meadows Golf Course is a mile away. Oak Tree Station food carts and Costco are close by, and the Columbia River Gorge is an easy drive for waterfalls, hiking, and windsurfing.

Please Note

This home comfortably sleeps two. The living room sofa is not a sleeper, and the upstairs loft is used for storage, so we host a maximum of 2 guests. It's the ideal setup for a couple or a solo traveler wanting real room to spread out.
