Welcome to our spacious and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath suite in Burnaby, ideal for families, business travelers, and small groups looking for a convenient and relaxing stay.

With 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and sleeping space for up to 6 guests, the suite is designed to make group stays easy and comfortable. One bedroom features its own private ensuite bathroom for added privacy. Sleeping arrangements include 2 queen beds and 1 double bed. Extra pillows and hangers are also available for your convenience.



🌿 Naturally Cool in Summer

This lower-level suite stays pleasantly cool during warmer months, making it a great summer option even without air conditioning. Heating is available to keep the space cozy during colder seasons.

Set in a quiet and convenient Burnaby neighborhood, the home is just about 5 minutes by car from many major shopping and daily essentials, including Costco, Real Canadian Superstore, IKEA, Safeway, Canadian Tire, Home Depot, T&T Supermarket, and a popular Korean shopping and dining area. It is an excellent home base for both short and extended stays.



🚗 Easy Parking

There are 3 street parking spots in front of the house for your exclusive use. If those are full, additional street parking is also available nearby. Please park only in a way that does not block any driveway or access for neighbors.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire suite during their stay, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The layout is especially convenient for families or groups who want separate bedrooms and multiple bathrooms.



Other Things to Note:

GENERAL

● No Parties: Strict zero-tolerance policy.

● No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the suite or near the entrance.

● No Pets: Unless otherwise agreed in writing.

● Shoes Off: Please remove outdoor shoes inside the suite to keep the floors clean.

● Do Not Use Fireplace (Livingroom): The fireplace is currently out of order and is not available for use.



QUIET HOURS

● 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.

● Please be respectful of the residents upstairs and neighbors.



GARBAGE & RECYCLING

● Please dispose of trash in the kitchen bin.

● If the kitchen bin is full: You may tie the garbage bag and put it in big garbage bins outside the house.



CLEANLINESS

● Please treat the suite as you would your own home.

● No need to deep clean, but excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.



Interaction with Guests:

We want your stay to be smooth, comfortable, and stress-free while still giving you plenty of privacy.



This is a self check-in property, and detailed check-in instructions will be sent to you before arrival, including everything you need for an easy and convenient check-in experience. You’re welcome to arrive anytime after the designated check-in time.



While we do not meet guests in person, we are always available through the Airbnb app if you need any assistance during your stay. We do our best to respond promptly to questions, concerns, or unexpected issues.
