About this apartment rental

Conveniently located just 2 minutes from I‑84 and about 5 miles from UConn Storrs, this private one-bedroom unit is an excellent home base for campus tours, move-in weekends, graduations, sporting events, concerts, visiting family, and business travel. The unit sleeps up to four with a queen bed and queen pull-out sofa.
Enjoy a full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, cookware, dishes, and everyday kitchen tools. The inviting living room offers a TV, sofa seating, armchair, and open connection to the kitchen. A large, sunny bathroom includes a walk-in shower and overlooks the fire-pit area and surrounding natural setting.
Set directly beside Nye-Holman State Forest and close to the Willimantic River, the location is ideal for hiking, fishing, birdwatching, foliage drives, and outdoor recreation. Nearby draws include UConn events at Gampel Pavilion and Jorgensen Center, Crystal Lake, Stafford Motor Speedway, and local shops and restaurants in Storrs
