The main level serves as the heart of the home, with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable gathering spaces, two lake-facing bedrooms, and a wonderful screened-in porch overlooking the peaceful surroundings. Downstairs, the lower level feels almost like a retreat of its own, with a second kitchen, living room, full bathroom, patio access, and a private bedroom.
Outside, follow the walkway down toward the lake, grab a canoe and life jacket, or settle into an Adirondack chair by the water and enjoy the quiet.

THE SPACE
Canoe Brook Cottage offers two levels of living space, making it especially comfortable for families, couples, and multigenerational stays.

The screened porch is one of our favorite spaces in the home, perfect for morning coffee, casual meals, afternoon reading or lingering conversations while enjoying the fresh air and lake setting.

The lower level offers additional privacy and functions much like a self-contained living space while remaining part of the home.- Second kitchen

PETS CONSIDERED (Max 1 pet)
PRIOR APPROVAL REQUIRED before booking
- Approved pets incur a $25/night pet accommodation fee, charged after booking
- Unauthorized pets are subject to a minimum $500 fe.
- Pets not permitted on furniture
- Pets must be crated if left unattended
- Please clean up after pets & report any “accidents” prior to departure
PLEASE NOTE:
- A ramp and walkway lead from the house toward the lake. The ramp is not ADA compliant or designated as handicap accessible
- Children must be supervised around the lake and waterfront areas
- Life jackets should be worn when using the canoes
- Canoe Brook Cottage is located in a peaceful residential lake community. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours
