Unwind in Aransas Pass at this beautiful canal front house in a gated community. Bring your boat! Whether you’re lounging inside or enjoying the beautiful patio and rock terrace that lead to the deck and boat lift, this wonderful retreat provides a peaceful place to recharge. The garage has a separate area to store fishing and watersports gear. With two spacious bedrooms featuring king beds, guests enjoy plenty of comfort and privacy. The guest bathroom includes a tub/ shower, towels and hair dryer, and the master bathroom includes a walk-in shower, towels, and hairdryer. A serene living room offers twin cozy bunk beds and sofa bed, perfect for relaxing or extra guests. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking and dining, including a convection oven and dishwasher. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC.
