With approximately 1,837 square feet of space, the home features bright and spacious interiors, creating a welcoming setting for everyone to relax and spend time together. After a day exploring Central Florida, unwind in the comfortable living room, prepare a meal, or simply relax before your next adventure.
Outside, the private south-facing pool creates a special space to enjoy the Florida weather. Whether you start your morning by the pool or relax after a day at the parks, the outdoor area offers the perfect setting to enjoy your vacation. Optional pool heating is available as an additional service.
For even more entertainment at home, the property also features a Game Room with a pool table, offering another fun space for family and friends to enjoy between outings.

LOCATION
Orlando’s major theme parks, along with shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and other attractions, are within a convenient driving distance, allowing you to enjoy exciting days out and return to the comfort of a private vacation home.
EXTRA SERVICES
Extra services must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
BBQ Grill: US$60 plus tax for the entire stay.
Pool Heating: US$35 per day, with a minimum purchase of 2 consecutive days. Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. The maximum temperature is 95°F (approximately 35°C). The system uses heat-exchange technology, and its performance depends on outdoor weather conditions. No refunds will be issued if cold weather prevents the pool from reaching the desired temperature.
Pets: US$135 per pet, per stay. This is a one-time fee for the entire stay, not a nightly fee. A maximum of 2 pets weighing up to 35 lbs each is allowed.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: US$80 each, upon request and subject to availability.
