OUTDOOR LIVING

✦The beach-level patio features the bar covered in shade to escape from the sun while kids play at the beach right behind you. Having a drink, relaxing in the shade, and watching the game on the TV across from the bar is always a win. There is also an enclosed shower for privacy and for parents to help little ones clean off properly. One of the five fire pits on the property is located on the beach-level patio. The porch swing overlooking the Gulf is perfect for watching the sunset. A grill, a bar overhang that looks out over the water, outdoor couches, and a dining room table (that is shaded) make up the rest of the beach-level patio.

✦The second-floor patio has glass railings to maximize the Gulf views, whether you are sitting outside at the fire pit on a couch or inside in the kitchen or living room looking out.

✦The upstairs balcony has a sitting bar for many to enjoy, or it can invite a more intimate setting for guests of the master bedroom with a cuddler lounge couch.

We designed Salt & Serenity around the way we want to vacation with our own family: beautiful enough to feel special, comfortable enough to actually live in, and stocked well enough that you aren't constantly running to the store.
My wife and I have spent more than five years hosting vacation rentals and have maintained approximately a 4.9-star guest rating on Airbnb. That experience has taught us what guests appreciate most — and we've brought those lessons into every detail. Salt & Serenity is professionally managed by Gulf Coast Collective, our boutique vacation-rental management and concierge company.
