You have exclusive access to the entire townhouse, including both the main house and the lower-level walkout studio, as well as the upper deck and the ravine backyard. There are no shared spaces.
Self Check-In: Arrive on your schedule with our secure, keypad smart locks on the front door.
Parking: Free, dedicated parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway.

The backyard blends into a beautiful, natural ravine. While it offers incredible views and privacy, we ask that you supervise small children outdoors.
🏔️ SEASONAL PROXIMITY
We are wonderfully close to Chicopee! In the winter, you are minutes from the ski hills; in the summer, enjoy the nearby tubing, hiking trails and zip lines.
🚪NEIGHBORHOOD HARMONY
This is a quiet, family-friendly street. Strict quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
🛍️STARTER SUPPLIES
We provide a starter kit of coffee, tea, toilet paper, and dishwasher pods to get you through your first couple of days!

• Maximum overnight occupancy is 8 guests.
• No parties or events.
• No smoking.
• Two dedicated parking spaces are available. Please use only the designated spaces.
• The home backs onto a natural ravine, so you may occasionally see local wildlife.
