The private pool is reserved exclusively for your group. Pool heating may be added for an additional fee with advance notice. Heating performance can be affected by outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Registered guests also receive access to Windsor Island Resort amenities, including a resort-style pool, lazy river, hot tub, dual water slides, children’s splash pad, fitness center, community arcade, playground, miniature golf and sports courts. Standard amenity access is included; cabana rentals, food, beverages and other optional services require separate payment. Resort amenities and operating hours are managed by the HOA and may change.



The Neighborhood:

Located within the guard-gated Windsor Island Resort, this home provides a family-friendly setting near Walt Disney World and Orlando’s leading attractions. Registered guests receive access to the community’s Aloha Clubhouse and resort recreation areas.



Community amenities include a resort-style zero-entry pool, lazy river, hot tub, dual water slides, children’s splash pad, fitness center, arcade, playground, miniature golf, basketball and sports courts, sand volleyball, cornhole, hammocks and outdoor gathering areas. On-site dining is available at the Blue Marlin Grille and Louie’s Snack Shack. Private cabanas may be reserved separately for an additional fee.



Restaurants, supermarkets, shopping and everyday conveniences are available along the nearby US Highway 27 corridor. Walt Disney World is approximately 10 miles away, with convenient driving access to Disney Springs, SeaWorld Orlando, Universal Orlando Resort and other Central Florida destinations.



Community amenities, operating hours and availability are managed by the resort and may change.



Getting Around:

A personal or rental vehicle is recommended for visiting the theme parks, restaurants, shopping areas, and other Central Florida attractions. Windsor Island Resort offers convenient driving access to US Highway 27, US Highway 192, and Interstate 4.



The community has a 24-hour staffed entrance. All guests age 18 or older must present a physical, valid photo ID upon arrival, and every driver must be registered with the resort in advance.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool.



The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!



Interaction with Guests:

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability!
