About this cabin rental
Welcome to Cabin Ponderosa! Recently updated cozy A-Frame cabin nestled in Arnold, CA. The cabin is surrounded by Ponderosa pine trees of the Sierras. With the high peaked ceiling and expansive glass windows, you can truly appreciate the serenity of the outdoors.

You’ll have the entire A-Frame cabin to yourself including three sleeping areas (two bedrooms and one loft), two full bathrooms, kitchen, dining, and living spaces. Spacious outdoor decks with outdoor lounge sofa, gas fire pit, picnic table and chairs.
You have access to all parts of the property. We have some personal locked spaces for our own belongings, but those are clearly marked.
We'll be available via messaging and text for whatever you need.
The cabin is located in the desirable Blue Lake Springs community. You will have guest access to all Blue Lake Springs amenities including lake access, swimming pool, tennis courts, and more for an additional fee.
*WINTER SNOW SEASON*: During the winter snow season, 4WD/AWD vehicles and snow chains are highly recommended especially for accessing our steep driveway. We have plow service that comes every snowfall (of 4 inches or more) to clear the driveway. Please note that snowfall can continue to accumulate between the service and your arrival. We do provide shovels and de-icing salt for your use if necessary. Please do not park on the street, as road plows cannot get through and a fine may be imposed.
SECURITY CAMERAS:
We have 24/7 video/audio security cameras on the exterior of property. They are located on the front porch (facing the driveway and showing front porch), side porch (facing our side yard and driveway), backyard, and under deck (facing our basement doors) as well as a doorbell. These are security cameras focused on the entryways and designed to maintain privacy while enjoying our home.
GUESTS: Only the guests on the confirmed Airbnb reservation are allowed on the property / in the cabin. Extra guests must be approved by owners in advance of the reservation and are subject to additional fees.
PETS:
We have a no pet or animals of any kind policy due to allergies. We kindly ask you to abide by our policy to prevent health risks for our family. If an animal is brought to the property, it will result in a fine of $300 for a deep clean and you will be asked to remove the animal or vacate the premises without a refund.
CLEANING FEE: The cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning (e.g. bedding and laundry turn over, surfaces, floors, snow removal, etc.). Additional cleaning fees may be incurred for excessive mess (e.g. excessive dishes, pet hair on the furniture/beds, etc)
