We had an exceptional experience at Horizon Bay Resort right from check in till checkout. We stayed for one night and were truly impressed by how every staff member made us feel welcomed with their polite and respectful gestures, prompt service, and extremely courteous and helpful attitude. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had a very cozy vibe, while the common areas were also neat and clean. The food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of tasty options, and the breakfast was especially good. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and ambiance of the resort were outstanding — a definite 5-star experience that I highly recommend to everyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.
