About this house rental

This memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to Lincoln City. Located in the coveted area of Olivia beach which features a shared pool (open seasonally), playground and access to beaches. This house features 3 stories with a deck on each level overlooking the ocean and bay. From the top level you can hear the ocean and see breathtaking sunsets. There are three bedrooms, including two king beds and a bunk bed setup with twin over full bed and guests have plenty of space to relax and unwind. This fabulous, tranquil retreat offers a tremendous stay for families or groups looking to recharge. Enjoy your time in Lincoln City at the Seahorse Perch.
