We have a strict policy against parties or events of any kind on the premises.



Before checking in, the lead guest (who must be at least 21) needs to complete the check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and upload a valid ID for every adult (18 and over) staying at the property. Please complete the form at least 24 hours before your check-in date. Since we use a self-check-in system, we’re unable to meet guests in person to check IDs and verify information. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.



SAFETY & SECURITY:

For Security, Camera is set up - overlooking outside parking space only. A private zone has been activated in the courtyard area, ensuring that no guest activity there will be displayed.



Please make sure you close and lock all the windows and doors when you are not on the property. If the property is found left unsecured (windows or doors open/unlocked) during your stay and/or at check-out, we retain the right to charge a penalty fee. A fee of £80 will also apply if the keys are misplaced during your stay or not returned to the lockbox at check-out.



A £500 security deposit pre-authorisation will be placed on your payment card two days before check-out and will be released after your stay, provided the property is left in accordance with our house rules and no damage or additional charges are identified.



Please note that this security deposit does not apply to bookings made through Airbnb or Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy.



For stays of 10 nights or longer, an interim housekeeping service or professional linen change must be arranged during your stay to help maintain the property to our high standards.



Please do not wash the provided bed linen or towels, as they are professionally laundered by our specialist linen supplier. Unauthorised washing, excessive soiling, or damage requiring replacement may result in additional charges.



If an interim housekeeping service is not arranged and extra cleaning is required at check-out to restore the property to its original condition, additional cleaning charges may apply.



To help us prepare the property for our next guests, we kindly ask that you leave the home in a similar general condition to how it was presented at check-in. This includes disposing of excessive rubbish and ensuring that dishes, cookware and kitchen utensils are rinsed, cleared away or loaded into the dishwasher before departure. Additional cleaning charges may apply where the property requires significantly more hour's cleaning than is normally expected following check-out.
