The Three Guest Houses in the Royal Trio Include:

The King Oliver Guest House accommodates up to four guests with one king bedroom and an attached living room featuring a queen sleeper sofa. Highlights include exposed brick walls and beams, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and direct access to the landscaped courtyard.

The Bolden Guest House offers space for up to four guests with a king bedroom and an attached living room with a queen sleeper sofa. Its exposed brick construction, renovated bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower, and direct access to the landscaped courtyard.

The White Guest House is a serene retreat for two guests, offering a king bedroom with blackout curtains, a cozy seating area, and a renovated bathroom with walk-in shower. Guests can relax in the landscaped courtyard just outside the door.

While the guest houses do not have a kitchen, their prime location offers easy access to some of New Orleans’ best restaurants and cafes. Guests can relax on the shared porch just outside the door or enjoy the tranquil courtyard within the private, gated compound.
