`Had an absolute amazing time with my girlfriend staying here! The peaceful home and tranquil surroundings define what it means to have a quiet get away. The only hard part about this trip was deciding on whether having a cozy day spent in the home or to explore the many amenities Big Bear has to offer. Spending the weekend here even got my girlfriend and I talking about possibly making Big Bear a future home for us, but time will only tell. Highly recommend staying here and will for sure keep this place in mind when visiting again! 10 out of 5 stars! Also loved the spilled coffee cup decoration haha`

`This place was an amazing stay! The upstairs bedroom and a nice view of the snowy backyard and it was even nice waking up to. During our stay we went snowboarding so the area was very convenient since it was always less than 20 minutes to get to places we needed to stop at and getting to a resort. Overall very cozy and nice home to stay in!`

Chain Controls Requirement Levels:
W: NO restrictions - Watch for snow on the pavement
R-1: Chains are required on all commercial vehicles (buses and semi-trucks). All other vehicles (cars, truck, vans etc.) must have either snow tread tires or chains on to drive axle.
R-2: Chains are retired on all vehicles except 4-wheel drives with snow tread tires. 4-Wheel drive vehicles must care chains in vehicle.
R-3: Chains required - ALL VEHICLES - no exceptions.

#1 Smoking Policy: To maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests, we kindly request no smoking or vaping inside the house. If any residual smoke odor is reported by our cleaning team, a $250 deep cleaning fee may apply. Thank you for your cooperation.

#2 No Parties: Our neighborhood is a peaceful and serene place, and we want to ensure a tranquil atmosphere for everyone. Please refrain from hosting parties during your stay. In the event of a disturbance reported by the homeowner`s association or neighbors, eviction may occur, along with the forfeiture of your security deposit and unused rental nights.

#3 Quiet Hours: To respect the tranquility of our neighborhood, we observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during these times.

#4 Pet Policy: We are delighted to welcome small and medium-sized, house-trained dogs to our property. Please note that there is a $75 additional cleaning fee for your furry friend, and any damages caused by your dog may result in additional charges. We generally allow one dog, but exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

#5 Dishwashing: To assist our cleaning team and maintain a tidy space for all guests, we kindly ask that you wash all dishes before your departure. A $50 charge may apply for any dirty dishes left behind.

#6 Check-In/Check-Out Flexibility: We strive to accommodate your schedule whenever possible. If you require a late check-out or early check-in, please let us know, and we`ll do our best to arrange it at a rate of $50 unless otherwise agreed upon.

#7 Additional Guests: For the comfort and safety of all guests, we request that you adhere to the number of guests specified in your reservation. Any extra guests will incur a charge of $50 per person per night.

#8 Trash Disposal: Help us keep our surroundings clean and wildlife-friendly by ensuring all trash is securely placed in the provided city trash cans. If your stay includes a Wednesday night, kindly place the cans at the end of the street for Thursday pickup. Any trash that cannot fit in the city cans should be taken to the designated dumpsite upon departure. Overflowing trash may incur a $25 charge per bag left behind. Dump site include: 38550 Holcomb Valley Rd. Big Bear City 92314 (Open Monday-Saturday 8:00-4:30)

#9 While we encourage you to enjoy our outdoor spaces, please note that we do not supply propane or charcoal for fires. Campfires and fire pits with firewood are not allowed on the property.

Guests will be responsible for any and all accidents, loss, damage, or injury caused by his or her, or anyone in their party’s negligence or willful conduct. The guest(s) liability insurance whether homeowner’s or other will be primary in the event of any loss or damage to the property or persons occurring at or about the premises during the term of this agreement. This includes the house and all grounds of the entire property located at 662 Maple Ln. Sugarloaf CA 92386. It is the duty of the guest(s), while occupying the premises, to guard against accidents and to caution all members of their party to do so. Reckless endangerment of or by any people in your party is against our policies and is not allowed. We will not be held liable for any such action.
Guests must notify the owner of any maintenance problems immediately that would affect the safety and security of any person renting and staying in the house.
