Pre-Arrival Verification & Rental Agreement
🔹To help ensure a safe, secure and enjoyable stay for all guests, a pre-arrival verification process must be completed following booking confirmation.

As part of our standard booking procedure across all Stress Free Stays properties, the lead guest will receive a secure pre-arrival link shortly after booking. This process is used for all reservations and forms part of our guest verification and check-in requirements.

The pre-arrival process includes:

🔹 Registration of the refundable security deposit or non-refundable damage waiver
🔹 Review and acceptance of our Rental Agreement
🔹 Access to important property and stay information

Our Rental Agreement outlines the terms of use of the property, house rules, security deposit conditions and any applicable charges relating to damage, lost keys, unauthorised late departures, excessive cleaning or breaches of the agreed booking terms.

Completion of the pre-arrival process is required before check-in details and property access information can be released.
