Wonderful rustic villa with private swimming pool located in Benissa, Costa Blanca, for up to 8 guests. The property offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed over two floors, providing spacious interiors and a peaceful setting with plenty of privacy, ideal for relaxing holidays with family or friends.
The villa has air conditioning in all four bedrooms.
INTERIOR
The GROUND FLOOR features a spacious and welcoming living-dining room with satellite/DTT TV and direct access to a covered terrace, perfect for enjoying pleasant outdoor meals. On this floor there is also a large fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, dishwasher and a separate laundry room with washing machine. In addition, there is a spacious bedroom with double bed and an independent bathroom with shower tray.
The UPPER FLOOR offers three additional bedrooms, all equipped with double beds and air conditioning. There is also a complete bathroom with bathtub on this floor.
EXTERIOR
The villa is set on a large plot with plenty of privacy. Outside, you will find the private 8 x 4 m swimming pool with Roman steps and outdoor shower, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. There is also a built-in barbecue area for outdoor dining and parking space within the plot for 3 to 4 vehicles.
LOCATION
The villa is located in Benissa, in a very quiet area, perfect for guests looking for relaxing holidays while remaining only a few minutes by car from Calpe. The nearest sandy beach is 8 km away and the closest supermarket, Lidl Benissa, is only 800 m from the property.
