About this apartment rental
Beautiful single-story unit facing north with stunning views of the harbor and ocean beach in gorgeous North Coast Village. Enjoy the views from patio, along with a full kitchen and updated bathroom. The unit has a gorgeous ocean breeze but does not have air conditioning. The property features lush landscaping with koi ponds, waterfalls, and streams. There is a large pool and spa for your use, both heated year-round. There are washer/dryer amenities in the laundry areas on site, making it easy to do several loads at a time if needed. There is also a weight gym and cardio gym with a clubhouse for pool, ping pong or relaxing. Additional amenities include a putting green and direct beach access where bikes, skateboards and walkers are found. It’s just a few-minute walk to the beach, pier, and harbor, as well as nearby restaurants and bars. The unit includes beach chairs, boogie boards, linens, and beach towels. Nearby attractions include Legoland, Duffy electric boat ride by the Harbor, the flower farms in Carlsbad, Jet Ski and SUP rentals at Carlsbad Lagoon, the San Diego Zoo, San Diego Zoo Safari Park in Escondido, SeaWorld, Disneyland, and Knott’s Berry Farm. Temecula is also nearby, with more than 50 wineries and a great Old Town area. The city is very walkable it’s in a great central location! Charmingly decorated with beach themed linens and decor. The living room is geared for comfort! Very well outfitted kitchen and linen cupboard. Nice additional amenities, like beach chairs and beach wagon. Also games, books, and magazines. Unit is very convenient to parking, and to stairs that access grounds/pool/gym/beach. Beautiful view and nice breeze when windows are open. We particularly enjoyed the unexpected treat of rainbows cast across the room as the sun was setting and hitting beveled mirror edges as it sank! Host was very kind and supportive during our extended stay. Couldn't ask for better! Comfortable bed, updated kitchen and bath. Bath was stocked with a variety of amenities. One caution goes out to those sensitive to the mildew/mold that is extremely common in buildings near water. This unit and the adjacent one (also musty) sit over a lovely water feature (think babbling brook), but that comes at the cost of high humidity and mustiness until the unit gets aired out.

Great unit, views and location are amazing. Property grounds are lush and tropical. Great private deck with harbor views. Walk to harbor shops & restaurants. Quiet and well appointed unit that screams beach.

We have stayed in several units at this location and this was the least clean of all. While the surfaces appeared clean there was a great deal of hair, dirt, dust and ants all throughout the unit. It needed a very good deep cleaning.
