About this house rental
You’ll be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. With over 4 acres and Plenty of room to bring your boat, Our wonderful home is only 1 mile to local boat slips and 3 miles to Ocean Isle Beach. Enjoy your privacy with a private swimming pool and tons of entertainment space, head to the boat slip for a fun day on the water or go to the beach! Come stay with us and see if this up

We have 1 king room and 1 queen room with private bathrooms, a queen room and queen room with a shared bathroom. We also have a large sectional couch , and a couch and love seat, for more than 8 guest . Up to 10 total. We have an additional half bath in the house and a full bath by the pool outside.
The correct driveway will be to the right side of the house when you are looking at the house, go all the way around back and park in front of the pool gate . We have about 8-9 steps to get into the house . Lots of parking. Please do not park on the grass.

We are on 4 acres and there is an events venue on the property, additionally a property manager lives on site behind the venue. The farmhouse has privacy even if an event in going on.
No parties or events allowed. No smoking, vaping, or illegal activity allowed. No animals allowed. Children under the age of 12 must be under supervision at all times. No unregistered guests allowed. Please respect the noise ordinance. Please respect check-in and check-out times. Please take care of the furnishing. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Dishes must be done before checkout and all trash must be taken out. Bed linens and towels must be taken to laundry room. Do not park in any grassy areas. The rest of the property is off limits, besides the farmhouse and pool area. All guests must review and sign a pool liability form and guests will swim at their own risk. No diving or flipping is allowed. No glass by the pool an additional charge for cleaning will be added. A shower is provided outside for guests to shower before entering pool. The pool is closed November 1st- April 15th. All cameras are not to be touched at anytime during your stay. No grilling under the screened in porch area. Due to high volumes of humidity all windows must remain closed. There is an additional fee of $100 for pool heat and or pool chiller and there is an additional fee of $100 for the use of the grill. Both fees can be paid privately. Additionally, there may be lawn maintenance and or full maintenance occurring during your stay.
