The Sunset Strip & West Hollywood (5–7 mins): Drive straight down Laurel Canyon Blvd to access world-class dining, nightlife, luxury shopping, and iconic venues like the Chateau Marmont and The Comedy Store.



Studio City & The San Fernando Valley (10 mins): Head north over the hill to Ventura Boulevard for upscale grocery stores (Erewhon, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods), sushi spots, boutique cafes, and easy freeway access (US-101).

• All guests will be asked to complete their registration with an online check-in form and ID verification via the Guesty app. This is to ensure a safe stay for all guests and is required for property access.

• The cleaning fee of $425 is included in reservation total

• We welcome well-behaved pups for an additional fee.

• This private home doesn't have bins large enough for excess trash that may accumulate during a stay. If you have a large gathering, catering, shopping that generates excessive trash that doesn't fit into the city's containers/bins, the guest is responsible for the additional charge to dispose of the trash. Photo documentation will be submitted and an additional fee of $230 charged to the guest will be processed through the Resolution Center for payment.

• Any left-behind personal items incur a $50 convenience fee for return shipping.

• Filming, photoshoots, or commercial use, including social media content on property require prior written approval.

• Parties or large group events are strictly prohibited per LA city law. Small gatherings may be approved with permission.
